When you purchase an insurance policy from us we will send you the following documents, by email, appropriate to the cover you have purchased. These documents (except add-on booklets and IPIDs) will also be accessible in our Customer Portal.
Certificate of Motor Insurance
- Policy number;
- Start and end dates/times;
- Policy Holder(s) and insured vehicle
- information;
- Limitations of use.

Policy Booklet
- What to do if you need to make a claim;
- Definitions;
- Details, scope, exclusions and conditions of your cover. Your policy schedule may have additional endorsements (an endorsement is a restriction or additional requirement under your policy) on what sections in the policy booklet apply to your policy.
