How to report an accident/make a claim?
All motor insurance policies that we sell are underwritten by Haven Insurance Company Ltd. To report an accident and/or make a claim, please contact Acorn Claims.
You may report any accident 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Windscreen claim
If your windscreen needs replacing or repair please contact our partners at Auto Windscreens who will handle the claim. Call them on 0173 445 845 or book an appointment on their website (Open 24 hours).
Lost or stolen keys
If you have purchased the optional cover for lost or stolen keys you can make a claim by contacting Keycare on:
